True Vapor Guarantee and Warranty Information
True Vapor offer's a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all E-Cigarette starter kits:
If you are not 100% happy with your True Vapor electronic cigarette starter kit just send it back and we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. We will also subtract $15.99 if ANY of the 5 cartomizers were removed from the HV8 Kit or $8.99 if any of the cartridges were opened in the X35 kit. We also do not pay the shipping cost to return the product(s).
True Vapor also provides a Lifetime warranty on most of our e-cigarette Products:
We guarantee that your product will be in working condition on arrival. If you have any problems with any of our products when you first receive your order please let us know ASAP so we can fix the problem. Cartomizers and cartridges are not covered by the lifetime warranty because they are disposable, if a cartomize is a DOA please contact us ASAP. Atomizers are covered with a 30 day warranty since they are considered semi-disposable parts. Batteries, chargers, and most other items are covered for as long as you own the product and are a customer of True Vapor. If you stop buying cartomizers/cartridges/e-liquid from True Vapor we may decide not to honor a lifetime warranty. We are not saying that you cannot purchase items from other companies but if you end your customer relationship with True Vapor we may decide not to honor the lifetime warranty.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:
We do not cover items that have been tampered with or stopped working due to incorrect use of the item. This includes problems caused by getting e-liquid in the battery or dropping any part into water. True Vapor reserve the right to decide of the problem was caused by a defect or by the user. We only cover problems caused by defects.
Returning unused, and Working Items:
If you want to return an item that is unused and working that is fine. Just know that we do not pay for return shipping and there may be a 10 - 15% restocking fee for the item(s). Certain items will have to be treated as used items if they have been opened. For example, cartomizers are used if any of them have been removed from the sealed blister package. You should contact us about any items you would like to return.

Returning E-Liquid:
True Vapor does not accept returns on e-liquid ever. If you have any problem with any of our e-liquid please contact us. We may be able to work something out with you but We will not be able to refund your money or replace the item. Please do not send e-liquid back to True Vapor, It will just be thrown away.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure the item(s) are packaged well. They should be in a bubble mailer, a box, or at least wrapped in bubble wrap.

What to do if you have a problem with a product.
- First, please e-mail or call us about the problem, we may have suggestions on how you can fix the problem yourself. Please Include your phone number.
- If there is no way for you to fix the problem we will let you know. We will then check if the item is covered by a warranty. Depending on the item and warranty status we will let you know your option(s) to resolve the problem. We may ask you to ship the item back to us, if so, please make sure you include the following information with the returned product:
- A Description of what is wrong with the item and when the item stopped working.
- Your Full Name
- Your E-Mail Address
- Your Phone Number (This is optional but it could make the process faster)
- The Order# (If you do not have this it is ok but it may slow things down)
